This new feature is fantastic. I've had a good play around with it, asking all sorts of questions about colour, price, model and features, and it gave accurate results every time!

The numbers that tell you whether it is working
Conversations, leads, conversion and outcome, each against the period before it.
Every figure comes with the equivalent for the previous period, so you are looking at direction rather than a number on its own.
You get conversations, the leads that came out of them, the rate between the two, and how many conversations ended well for the customer. Underneath that sit page views, chat opens, links your customers followed and how much they said, which is where you see whether people are engaging or bouncing.
The same figures run as a daily series, so a good week and a quiet one are visible rather than averaged away.

Every conversation, readable in full
The list, then the actual conversation, which is where the useful detail is.
You can work down the conversations for a period, newest first, and see at a glance how long each one ran, what your customer clicked, whether it produced a lead and how it ended.
Then you can read it. The full conversation, as it happened, which is the fastest way to understand why something converted or why it did not. Your team will find things in these that no summary would surface.
You can also see the opening question from every conversation in a period on its own. That list is often the clearest picture of what your customers actually came to your site to do.

Find the conversations you need
Filter by date, by what your customers asked about, by request type and by how it ended.
The value is rarely in the headline. It is in a specific slice: the finance conversations last month, the ones that ended badly, the ones that produced a service booking. Filters combine, so you can get to that slice quickly and keep the numbers in step with it.

Every conversation summarised and graded
A short summary, whether it went well, and the subjects raised, applied across the period.
Conversations are summarised automatically, which means you can scan a period without reading each one, and read the ones worth reading.
Each is graded on whether it ended well for the customer, with the reasoning attached, and tagged with the subjects it covered. Those grades and tags become filters, so you can go straight to conversations that ended badly and find out why. That is usually where the improvements are.

How much of this happens when you are closed
Conversations and leads outside your opening hours, as a proportion.
Reporting separates what happens while your showrooms are open from what happens when they are not, using your actual opening hours for each site.
You see the share of conversations that start out of hours, the share of leads that come in then, and how out-of-hours conversations convert. For most retailers this is the clearest number on the page, because it is demand your team was never going to catch.
Group and single-site views
One site, all sites, or a comparison across the group.
A single-site view reports on that business in its own dates. A group view brings sites together, and a ranking view puts them side by side on conversations, leads, conversion and outcome, so it is obvious which sites are getting the most out of it and which need attention.
Where your locations carry different franchises, you can see volumes by brand as well.
Access follows the business. People see the sites they are responsible for, and group roles see everything.
A weekly report, and exports when you need them
The week's figures by email, with detail available to take away.
A weekly summary goes out by email to the people you nominate, covering the previous week against the week before it. Nobody has to remember to log in for the regular picture.
When someone needs the detail, leads and conversations can be exported to work through outside the dashboard.
Set up and maintained by us
Fully done for you, including access, recipients and opening hours.
We set up your reporting: your sites, your opening hours, who can see which businesses, and who receives the weekly email. Tell us who needs access to what and we arrange it.
Your team logs in and reads it. There is nothing to configure and nothing to maintain.

“This is the first product we've ever gone live with and not received one negative comment about”
This is the first product we've ever gone live with and not received on negative comment about, so I'd take that as a huge win. As you'll know, when you introduce automotive colleagues to a new system or product they're usually allergic to it, so I'm very happy about that. Overall, I've found it super easy to use, it looks nice, and every question I've asked it so far, it's been able to answer. I'll keep you in the loop with any feedback we get!
